Ty McMillan brings two decades of construction and operations leadership, plus independent business ownership, to owner-side advisory work in Utah’s Heber / Midway area.
After more than 20 years leading construction and remodel crews and running independent businesses, Ty founded Charleston Bench Advisory to put that judgment to work for homeowners — not builders.
Based in the Heber / Midway, Utah area, he helps owners read bids, pressure-test budgets, and navigate change orders with clear written findings they can use the same day.
